Right now I’m balancing Wellway with being a student-athlete at Babson College, where I play on the men’s soccer team. Soccer has shaped how I run this business more than people might expect. It’s a game of details, discipline, and constantly pushing to be better than you were the day before.
At the heart of Wellway are local students, the people out on the job every day bringing that same energy and work ethic to every window, screen, and property we touch. Building a team of local students isn’t just a staffing choice, it’s part of the mission. This is a company built by someone from this town, run with people from this town, for the homes in this town.
That’s the real ambition here: not just a summer hustle, but the best home services company in the area. Every job, every client interaction, every piece of the brand has been built with that bar in mind, from the pricing model to the equipment to how we show up on a property.
